Embrace nature and community as you strengthen your body and soothe your mind in a welcoming outdoor setting with Pilates in the Park. Offering donation-based weekly mat Pilates in the Lakewood/Cleveland area.

Pilates is for all ages and all bodies 18+. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Bring your yoga mat, water, sunscreen, optional a set of 2-3lb weights. I will have a few extras to borrow (first come first serve).

YOUR FIRST CLASS you will be asked to scan a QR code linked to an informed consent/liability waiver, it takes less than 2 minutes!

*Class Cancellations- If temperatures are below 60 or of extreme heat, rain, extreme winds, or any other severe weather warning issued class will be canceled. Updates and cancellations will be posted to the @pilatesintheparkcle instagram as soon as possible. Double check the instagram before leaving for your class!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All you need is your yoga mat or towel and water. There is an option to bring a set of 2-3lb weights and a medium hip resistance band. I will have some props to borrow first come first served.

  • Currently Cash and Cashapp are the forms of payment and greatly appreciated.

  • These outdoor Pilates classes will be just like a studio class, but without walls. These flows are designed to be challenging yet accessible to most. Expect to sweat!

  • You will be asked to scan a QR code, to sign and submit an Informed Consent/Release form. Please arrive 5-10 before class time.

What to Expect

Pilates in the Park: a beginner-friendly outdoor class to build strength, posture, and energy. Welcoming group, gentle guidance, and modifications for all levels. This practice focuses on breath, controlled movement, mobility, balance, and stability. Dress for the weather! Bring your mat, water, sunscreen and a set of 3lb weights *optional I have a few extra to borrow (first come first serve). Sessions are 50 minutes, ending with a brief cool-down and a moment of rest . The goal is to have you leaving feeling taller, calmer, and energized.
